Yard Waste & Land Clearing Dumpster Rental
Brush, tree limbs, storm cleanup, and general land-clearing debris move through our network constantly, especially after a hard winter or during spring and fall cleanup season. If the load is brush-only — no construction debris or household trash mixed in — ask about a dedicated yard-waste container instead of a standard one; it's priced lower since it moves through a separate recycling stream.

Got a Big Pile of Brush? Skip the Hand-Loading
A skid steer with a grapple attachment moves piles of brush and branches into a container far faster than loading by hand — especially useful after a storm or a large tree removal. See when equipment rental actually saves you time →

Yard Waste FAQ
Can yard waste and construction debris go in the same container?
Not if you want the discounted yard-waste rate — that pricing requires the load to stay brush-only. Mixed loads are still fine, just billed as a standard container rather than the yard-waste rate.
I'm clearing land myself rather than just hauling debris — can you help with that?
Dumpster rental covers hauling away what's already cut or cleared. For the clearing work itself — chippers, stump grinders — our sister company, NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, rents that equipment from several of the same locations.
Do storm-debris jobs get priority scheduling?
We do our best to prioritize storm-related bookings when a major weather event hits a territory, though availability still depends on how many other customers are affected at the same time.
Can whole small trees or large stumps go in a yard-waste container?
Cut branches and limbs, yes. Whole stumps are harder — check with your location first, since a large stump's weight and shape can affect how it loads and whether it still qualifies for the discounted brush-only rate.
Can I put leaves in with brush and branches?
Yes, leaves are accepted as part of a standard yard-waste load. Keep in mind wet, bagged leaves add weight quickly relative to their volume — loose is generally better than heavily packed bags if you're trying to stay within a weight allowance.
How much does the discounted yard-waste rate actually save compared to a standard container?
It varies by location and season — ask your nearest location for current pricing when you book. The discount reflects that brush-only loads move through a separate, less expensive recycling stream than mixed debris.
How far ahead should I book during peak fall or spring cleanup season?
Earlier than you might expect — yard-waste demand spikes hard in spring and fall, and after any major storm. Booking a few days ahead of when you actually need it gives you much better odds of your preferred delivery date.
Is diseased or invasive plant material handled differently?
It can be, depending on the species and your town's requirements — some invasive plants have specific disposal rules separate from general yard waste. Mention it when you book if you know that's part of the load.
Can construction debris and yard waste share one container if I have both?
They can be combined, but the load is then billed as a standard container rather than the discounted yard-waste rate. If cost matters, two separate loads — one brush-only — is usually the better move.
What size container is typical for a full property brush cleanup?
A 10-yard handles most single-property seasonal cleanups; size up to 15-yard for a larger property or after significant storm damage.
