NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals, LLC and NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC are two separate companies, each independently organized as a limited liability company, operating under shared family ownership. Throughout this Policy, "NorthPoint," "we," "us," and "our" refer to NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals, LLC. Because our two companies share a combined-spend loyalty program (NorthPoint Rewards) and, at several locations, a physical address, this Policy also describes how information may be shared with our affiliated company, NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC, where relevant.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through our website, by phone, by text message, by email, and in the course of delivering rental services at any of our six New Hampshire locations.

  • Communications: records of calls, texts, emails, and quote-request form submissions, including any notes or project details you share with us.
  • Website usage information: pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and similar technical information collected automatically when you use our site.
  • Loyalty program information: combined booking history across NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals and NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, used to determine your NorthPoint Rewards tier.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you (when you request a quote, book a rental, or contact us), automatically through your use of our website, and from our third-party service providers who help us operate our booking and communication systems. If you interact with both NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals and NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, we may combine information from both brands to administer the shared NorthPoint Rewards program.

4. How We Use Information

  • Process and fulfill dumpster rental bookings, including dispatch, delivery, and pickup logistics;

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies by order activity. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP, or contact us using the information below. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand how visitors use our site. Our booking process is handled through an embedded third-party platform (iCans), which may set its own cookies subject to its own privacy policy.   • Our affiliated company, NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC: limited to information needed to administer the shared NorthPoint Rewards program and to coordinate service at shared locations. NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC is a separate company under shared family ownership, not a division of NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals, LLC.
  • Legal and safety purposes: where required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NorthPoint, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Payment information is handled through our third-party booking platform's secure systems rather than stored directly by NorthPoint. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining booking history for the NorthPoint Rewards program's trailing 12-month lookback, complying with legal and tax obligations, and resolving disputes.
