What's Included

Every rental includes delivery, 7 days of rental time, and pickup, with a weight allowance built into the price based on container size. See our size comparison for the specific weight allowance and included days for each container.

You Don't Need to Be Present

You don't need to be home or on-site for either delivery or pickup — just let us know exactly where you'd like the container placed when you book, and make sure that spot is accessible on delivery day. We'll place it there, and pick it up the same way once your rental period ends, without needing you to meet the driver.

Need More Time?

Call your nearest location if you need to extend your rental — extensions are usually available depending on scheduling. See our Terms & Conditions for the current extension rate.

Need a Swap or a Second Container?

For larger jobs that fill a container before the work is done, we offer swap service — picking up a full container and dropping an empty one so your project keeps moving. Contractors running multiple job sites can also set up a Charge Account for easier scheduling and billing across several containers at once.

Weight Overages

Loads exceeding the weight allowance are billed at a per-pound rate rather than rejected outright. Every container is weighed at the disposal facility before and after unloading.

Loading Requirements

Containers must be loaded level to the top of the sides and by hand rather than with heavy equipment. Overloaded or improperly loaded containers may need to be adjusted on-site before pickup.

Damage & Liability

Normal wear and tear is not the customer's responsibility. Damage caused by failing to follow loading and safety guidance may result in repair or replacement charges. See our Terms & Conditions for the full liability terms.
