Roofing Debris Dumpster Rental

Roofing jobs are sized differently than most projects because weight, not volume, is the limiting factor — a container full of asphalt shingles can weigh three to four times what the same container would weigh full of typical household or construction debris. Tell us how many squares and layers are coming off the roof when you book, and we'll quote a size and weight allowance that actually fits the job instead of surprising you with an overage charge at pickup.

Book in 3 easy steps, online 24/7 — most customers are done in under two minutes.

Recommended Sizes for Roofing Debris

Every job varies, but these are the sizes most commonly booked for this type of project.

Roofing Debris FAQ

Why is roofing debris priced differently than standard debris?

It comes down to weight: a 15-yard container full of typical construction debris might weigh 2,000–4,000 pounds, while the same container full of asphalt shingles can weigh 12,000–15,000 pounds or more. We size the weight allowance around your specific roof, not a generic default.

Can old siding go in the same container as shingles?

Generally yes, as long as neither is suspected of containing asbestos — common in some materials manufactured before the late 1970s. If you're not sure, have it tested before loading rather than after.

What information should my roofer give me before I book?

The number of squares (100 sq ft each) and the number of layers coming off the roof. That's usually enough for us to quote an accurate size and weight allowance up front.
