The "Complete the Job" Bonus
Book a dumpster rental and an equipment rental for the same project address within a 14-day window, and the booking earns bonus progress toward your next tier — on top of whatever your current tier already gets you. It's built specifically for the kind of job that needs both a container for debris and a machine to create it: demolition, site clearing, and major renovations.

Bulk Dumpster Rental Pricing for Contractors
NorthPoint Rewards is our bulk/volume pricing structure — rather than negotiating a separate rate for high-volume customers, every contractor's combined spend across both brands automatically unlocks a better discount as it crosses each tier threshold, up to 12% off at Gold. For a contractor running several projects a year, this works out similarly to a negotiated bulk rate, without needing a separate contract or minimum volume commitment to qualify. Combine it with a Charge Account for Net-30 terms, and most of what a contractor would ask for in a volume-pricing conversation is already built into the standard program.

Do I need to sign up for NorthPoint Rewards?
No separate enrollment is required. Every customer starts at Bronze automatically, and your tier updates as your combined spend across both brands crosses each threshold.
Does spend at Equipment Rentals count toward my Dumpster Rentals tier?
Yes — this is a single shared program across both brands. A booking at either counts toward the same combined-spend total and the same tier.
How is my tier tracked?
Your tier is tied to the phone number or email used when booking. If you've used a different contact method at each brand in the past, let us know and we can link your accounts so your combined spend is tracked accurately going forward.
Does having a Charge Account move me to a higher tier automatically?
No — a Charge Account (net-30 payment terms for approved contractors) is a separate arrangement from NorthPoint Rewards. Every customer, including Charge Account holders, starts at Bronze and moves up based on actual combined spend like everyone else.
Do my rewards ever expire?
Tiers are based on a trailing 12-month window of combined spend, so your tier is reassessed on a rolling basis rather than expiring on a fixed annual date.
